Takkra is the medicinal music project created by visual artist, guitarist, and producer David Vigh. 
Since its inception in 2013, Takkra has released seven studio albums and performed at psychedelic festivals ranging from Boom Festival to Ozora Festival. 


The live band was formed for Takkra’s first performance at SUN Festival in 2013, featuring David Vigh on guitars and synths, Máté Kocsis on drums, and Matyi Mohácsi on bass. Over time, Takkra evolved into a seven-piece band with the addition of vocalists Julcsi Szomráky, Molek Keri, and Donna Terra and Mr Dure on synths, forming both a full live act and a creative community dedicated to bringing listeners regenerative frequencies through sound.

Since 2025, due to logistical reasons, Takkra has scaled down to a three-piece formation featuring David on electronics and guitars, Molek on vocals, and Máté on percussion.
